Beth Boustead

Experience & Activities

Beth is an accomplished commercial maritime specialist, supporting Defence clients for over 7 years to achieve sustainable results. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Arts (Theatre Studies) (UNDA, 2014). She has a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (ANU, 2017) and is admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW.

Beyond that, Beth is fascinated by human behaviour in decision making. She creates robust relationships, builds inclusive teams. and powers evidence-based decision making for her clients. She’s studying an MBAX (Change Management) at the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW. In 2021, she was appointed as a Council Member of the governing body of Sancta Sophia College, a residential College within the University of Sydney.

Co-founding IU is an extension of her fascination with human behaviour and decision making. IU offers a new tool to the market enabling your business to capture, codify and control positive deviance, and power your decision making.
