Tony continues to share the importance of focusing on capturing, codifying, and controlling innovative violations. He is presenting his thoughts on managing positive deviance behaviours at the 14th International Symposium of AAvPA and PACDEFF.
PACDEFF is the largest crew resource management (CRM), non-technical skills (NTS), and Aviation Human Factors Conference of its type in the world. Prior to the Covid interruptions, PACDEFF conferences routinely attracted around 300 domestic and international attendees. The forum is intended as a non-profit, non-partisan opportunity for Human Factors practitioners to meet and discuss contemporary issues in Human Factors.
This year PACDEFF is again combining with the Australian Aviation Psychology Association (AAvPA) to deliver a fully combined conference, offering a substantial array of CRM, NTS, Aviation Human Factors, and Aviation Psychology topics.
The symposium will be of interest to a wide cross-section of Human Factors, Aviation Psychology and Safety professionals, practitioners and academics. It’s being held at Coogee, NSW on the 22nd & 23rd of March.
