After receiving an invitation to present at Embraer’s Maintenance Cost Workshop, Tony was thrilled to see this year’s theme “Identifying solutions for the reduction of maintenance costs”. This aligned closely with his PhD research, in identifying solutions to addressing positive deviance behaviours in highly regulated, high consequence industries such as aviation.
What a fabulous opportunity for Tony to impart his knowledge and experience to a cross-section of aviation maintenance organisations and to be directly involved with an exceptional aircraft manufacture such as Embraer, it really was a fantastic event which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Tony was excited to see the organisations embrace taking a Capture Codify Control approach to innovative maintenance behaviours.
